Warranty Policy

Note that under all of these limited warranties, we reserve the exclusive right to issue a credit in lieu of replacement. We may require return shipment of damaged items at our expense prior to refund or replacement..

Damaged items: We will replace or issue a refund for items that arrive damaged, if reported within 15 days of delivery.

30-Day Limited Warranty: We will replace or issue a refund for defective stock, quick-ship and made to order items, if reported within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 Days: We warrant certain stock and made to order items if ten or more items in a shipment wear out prematurely as follows:

Heat sealed Crystal Clear Covers, Extra Rigid Menu Covers, Flip Stand Pockets, and Clear-Edge Add-A-Page Inserts: 60 days from delivery.

PAJCO and All-Clear Spiral Menu Covers, PadNSeal Covers and Italiano Wine Lists: 180 days from delivery 

Casebound, Bistro, Dynasty, Scrapbook and Vineyard Screw/Post Covers, Ring Binders, Wood Boards, Server Pad Holders and Check Presenters: One year from delivery 

Deluxe Cafe Covers, Semi Rigid Cafe Covers and Stiched-Edge Add-A-Page Inserts: These items are covered by a special guaranty described in more detail here.

We do not warrant the following items after 30 days: clearance items, economy cafe covers, table and flip stands, table numbers and tents, in-stock black casebound covers, blank paper, cardboard stiffeners, vinyl page overlays, screws, posts or rings.
