Return Policy / How to Return an Item
In-Stock, off the shelf items, such as table stands, 'in-stock' menu covers or menu paper, can be returned to us for full refund (not including shipping). Items must be returned to us within 30 days, shipping prepaid. You must notify us of the return prior to shipping the item back so we can notify our warehouse, using our return authorization form or by email. Feel free to contact us (email preferred) if you have any questions.
"Made to Order" menu covers whether customized/personalized or not cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are available for your inspection prior to ordering.
For production errors only, we will refund your money or replace the item. We may require you to return the item (at our expense) before issuing a credit.
Custom orders are produced solely based on the details of a proof we send for your approval. Once you approve a proof, you assume all applicable costs associated with changes, corrections or replacements if the product matches the specifications of that proof, including material, size, configuration, art or text. This is regardless of any other written or verbal communication between us before or after proof approval.
Please include the original pack list with your return.
