IS THIS A REORDER? Several options menus have recently changed. When logged into your customer account and Order History, select the item(s) you wish to reorder from your previous orders (the orange "reorder" button has been replaced by this method). Clicking on a previously ordered item will take you to that item's sales page where you can confirm your options (color, corner options, lining, logo, etc) before checking out.
UPS and FEDEX. Custom orders are shipped from our factory using your choice of FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard or Priority Overnight. For in-stock items, comparable UPS Ground or overnight services may be substituted. At shipping, you will receive a tracking number which will confirm which carrier is being used for your shipment.
